When installing CC or mods, there are two folders you need to be familiar with, the Mods folder and the Tray folder. Unzip and place the package and/or ts4script in your Mods folder. This is an update to simmythesim’s Simulation Lag Fix for the latest version of the game. Core Library includes standard code used across all of my mods to stay optimized.
